HEALTH AND
CODES ENFORCEMENT
The Meadville Fire Department is responsible for protecting life and
property in the City of Meadville which covers approximately 4.5
square miles and has a population of approximately 13,685. A high
level of fire protection is provided to citizens through a
combination of intensive prevention programs, continuing education,
property maintenance, inspections and training.
