The Stormwater Management Fee provides a dedicated funding source to more adequately maintain and reinvest in the City’s aging stormwater infrastructure. An annual fee is assessed for every developed parcel in the City, regardless of taxable status, to defray the costs of the City’s Stormwater Management Program. The program ensures that the City is able to meet the requirements of state and federal regulations for stormwater management, as well as provide proper maintenance for Rainbow Lake Dam, which provides flood protection to a large portion of the City. Please see the FAQs on the left side navigation tab for more information about the program and the fee.
